Share a Sway from your Microsoft Account Open the Sway you want to share and then click Share on the top navigation bar. Choose whether you want to invite people to view or edit. If you send someone a view link, they will only be able to view your Sway.

Navigate to Settings > Settings. On the Services page, click Sway. Select the check boxes to Let the people in your organization share their Sways with external people and Let people in your organization look up people and security groups. If you want to disable these sharing options, uncheck the check boxes.

Can two people work on a Sway?
Sway now supports collaboration. Microsoft today announced that multiple people can now work together to assemble presentations in its Sway app. “Whatever you want to make, it’s easy to create and edit Sways with other people,” the Sway team wrote in a blog post on the news today.
