When did legion 7.1 release?
There are a few more changes such as new battle pets and an in-game celebration of Diablo’s 20th anniversary. All of this and more will be available when patch 7.1 launches on October 25.

The ivory tower of Karazhan was once home to mighty Medivh before being sealed off with his death. However, a malevolent force awakened, trapping the spirits of those who inhabited the tower along with any unfortunate souls who may have entered.
How often does Karazhan reset?
The dungeon instance of Karazhan (added in Legion) can be reset as many times as you want, but as fortheringham already mentioned, you’ll only receive loot the first time you kill a boss each week on Mythic difficulty. On Heroic difficulty, you can do the dungeon once per day for loot.

The tower was built in secret by the Guardian Aegwynn using Aluneth around 600 years before the First War, after she grew increasingly paranoid and hostile to her fellow members in the Council of Tirisfal — a result of the dark influence that the spirit of Sargeras was exerting over her.

How do I get to Nighthold?
The Nighthold is located in Suramar, and the entrance is at (Map). The entrance is underground, close to The Arcway. When headed towards The Arcway entrance, after going past the Summoning Stone, take an immediate right turn down the stairs (instead of forward and left for the dungeon).

Karazhan Raid Attunement: Go to Deadwind Pass in Eastern Kingdoms and talk to Archmage Alturus who is just outisde the Karazhan tower. Pick up both quests Arcane Disturbances and Restless Activity. Finish the quests from Archmage Alturus and pick up the follow-up quest Contact from Dalaran.
