Insert the Option Buttons
- Click the Developer tab on the Ribbon.

Radio buttons are used when there is a list of two or more options that are mutually exclusive and the user must select exactly one choice. In other words, clicking a non-selected radio button will deselect whatever other button was previously selected in the list.
To group rows or columns:
- Select the rows or columns you want to group. In this example, we’ll select columns A, B, and C.
- Select the Data tab on the Ribbon, then click the Group command. Clicking the Group command.
- The selected rows or columns will be grouped. In our example, columns A, B, and C are grouped together.
Select one of the buttons and click the Properties button. In the list of properties, assign a value to the GroupName property. Use the dropdown at the top of the Properties list to select another button that should belong to the same group. Put in the same value for GroupName that you used in the first button.
