Tap the list that you want to share. Tap the More button , then tap Share List. Tap Share Options to choose whether the people you add can add others to the list, then choose how you’d like to invite people to the list. Add the people you want to share the list with, then send the invitation.

The first thing you need to do in order to share a reminder list is turn on Reminders in your iCloud settings. Go to Settings -> iCloud and make sure the toggle next to Reminders is on. Go to Reminders and create your list.
Share notes, lists & drawings

- To share something with a list of friends, simply select the list from the audience selector.

You can, however, share one Things Cloud account with someone else to collaborate on the entire content of that account. To just send a list of to-dos as plain text to someone else you can use the share feature, or you can use Mail to Things to create to-dos in someone else’s Inbox through an email.
How to share notes on an iPhone with an Android phone user
- 1 A new note with tick boxes. Open Google Keep on the iPhone and create a new note.
- 2 Share a note by adding collaborators. If you are following my shopping list example, type in the list of items you need.
- 3 Select and view collaborators.
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts and see if there are any other accounts syncing Reminders. If there are, turn those off and try sharing once more.
Turn off Notes iCloud Sync and turn it on again. For this, open the iPhone Settings app > your name from the top > iCloud > toggle off Notes. Now, restart your iPhone and follow the same steps to turn it on. Everything should resync.
