How do I check mail?
- Find a Mailbox, usually near an Inn. ( see Forges, Anvils, and Mailboxes for a list of detailed locations)
- Right-click the Mailbox.
- Click the Inbox tab, if necessary (Inbox should be the default).
- Click a message to read it.

Can you check mail on WoW app?
Hey, welcome to WoW! In order to check your mail you actually have to have your character physically go to a mailbox in the game and click on that. The icon on the minimap is just a helpful way of knowing if you have mail waiting for you.

What happened to the WoW Armory app?

Mail is supposed to be instant between your own characters during TBC, even if it contains an item or gold. It is currently delayed still.
