To share a file:
- Click on the ellipsis (…) next to the file you want to share and click Share.
- Enter the name or email of the person you want to share the file with.

How do I give access to a folder in Box?
To invite users to a folder, next to the folder name click More > Invite Collaborators. Enter names or email addresses for the new collaborators and select the access level you’d like to grant them. When you’re ready to send the invitations, click Send Invites.
