- Select the Calendar button in the Navigation Bar.
- Select the calendar that you would like to share, right-click on the Calendar and choose Share > Calendar Permissions.
- On the Permissions tab, you may add or remove users to whom you have delegated access to your calendar.

Share your calendar
- Select Calendar > Share Calendar.
- Choose a calendar to share.
- Select Add, decide who to share your calendar with, and select Add.
- Select OK and you’ll see the added people with a default permission level.

How do I delegate access to my Outlook calendar?
Add a Delegate in Outlook
- Open Outlook.

- Add the person to the Add box at the bottom of the window.

Share calendars using a Microsoft Exchange Server account
- On the Home tab, in the Share group, click Share Calendar.
- In the Sharing Invitation that appears, enter the person who you want to share with in the To box.
- Enter or select any other options that you want, just as if you were sending an email message.
To do that:
- Go to the calendar view.
- Click Add calendar.
- Select Add from directory and search for your shared calendar by typing the name of the shared mailbox.
- In the Add to section, choose where the calendar should be added to and click Add.
- The shared calendar should appear on the calendar list.
Open another person’s Exchange Calendar
- In Calendar, click Home.
- In the Manage Calendars group, click Open Calendar, and then click Open Shared Calendar.
- Type a name in the Name box, or click Name to select a name from the Address Book. The shared Calendar appears next to any calendar that is already in the view.
What are the different calendar permissions in Outlook?
